UFO SIGHTINGS - the other shows.

As promised, this week is a round up of all the props from Gerry Anderson’s UFO that I’ve found in other shows and films. There will be no Doctor Who, but I keep finding these things and felt the need to really wrap up this avenue of prop hunting. The list here is as broad as it is long and really demonstrates just how ubiquitous these items were. I’ve organised it into prop type rather than by time. And I’ll kick it off with a favourite… WIDE BLUE - as seen in THE GREEN DEATH, THE TIME WARRIOR, THE ANDROIDS OF TARA, and DESTINY OF THE DALEKS plus episodes of THE GOODIES and of course UFO. QUICK UPDATE AUGUST

Hey folks. It’s time for another quick update, rounding up additional finds of props I have already posted about. Let’s dive straight in.  THE TOMORROW PEOPLE, 1975 A couple of people mentioned that the prop panel that had appeared in a Bond flick also turns up in Thames Television’s kids SF show The Tomorrow People. The panel appears in the hero’s lab. This screen grab is from season 3 tale The Revenge of Jedikiah. Thanks to Rob Lubbock for pointing me to this. MORONS FROM OUTER SPACE, 1985 Some familiar props can be seen in this screen grab from the mid eighties British comedy Morons From Outer Space. The arrows point to two of the consoles that were seen in Attack of the Cybermen and an Ultravox music video.
